I have been continuously listening to this song for the past week. The lyrics are simple but that's what makes it touching and meaningful. Simple but strong. No one can perform this song better than Leslie Cheung. He's definitely a true legend.

I love the melody and lyrics of this song. The melody is a jazzy style arrangement. Even though it's a sad but I really don't have the intention to cry. The meaning of the song name 我不打算流眼淚 means I Don't Intend To Cry.

This song is about someone knowing their ex finds another lover but the main character doesn't really care because there's no point in caring anyways. There's nothing she can do about it even though she feels sorrow inside. Whatever happens, let's hope everyone can find their own happiness

Today's Song Of The Day is Just They Way You Are by Aarif Li. Aarif is a Hong Kong singer/writer/actor. Aarif make some different arrangement to the original version, which was sang by Billy Joel.

This is a very romantic song since the lyric said it all. The guy does not want his lover to change anything because he loves her just the way she is. The song is not the one from Bruno Mars but rather from Billy Joel. The melody and the lyrics are totally different! I love both Aarif and Billy's version because the song is just so sweet. Billy Joel is definitely a true legend!

Two Versions of "Time After Time" Cyndi Lauper and Eva Cassidy

Time After Time is a very classic song from the 80s. I think everyone from the 80s would remember and know this song. I came across this song a few years ago while watching a Taiwanese singing competition. That contestant sang Cyndi Lauper's version of "Time After Time". Immediately I fell in love with this song and search for it. Today while searching for this song's mv, I found another version by Eva Cassidy. This version deeply touches my heart to the point of almost crying. It is like a shock to my heart as if I can understand her feelings. The lyric brings back lots of my past memories and resemble me a bit.

Whether you like Cyndi Lauper or Eva Cassidy's version, it is how they perform the song that makes it touching.
